Position Overview:
ARCH Healthcare is looking for a dedicated full-time Dentist to join our vibrant community health clinic. Enjoy a supportive work atmosphere within a large health organization, with the potential for a 4-day work week, serving patients of diverse age groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Lead Dental Provider in overseeing all dental personnel and managing the dental department.
  • In the absence of the Lead Dental Provider, represent the dental department at relevant meetings and functions.
  • Maintain a current and valid state Dental license in good standing.
  • Provide in-service training for dental and other staff as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate and legible dental patient records are maintained.
  • Deliver dental diagnostic and treatment services to patients in both the on-site and mobile dental offices.

Compliance and Representation:
  • Implement applicable state and federal regulations, standards, and guidelines related to dental services.
  • Act as a representative of the health center to dental societies and community organizations.
  • Supervise dental students from the UNC Dental School during their rotations at the health center.
  • Engage in case reviews during multidisciplinary huddles.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
