Parkwest Casinos is seeking a skilled Card Dealer to join our team. As a Card Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing cards and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal cards and manage table games with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a smooth and efficient gaming environment
  • Meet or exceed sales and service standards, contributing to the success of the casino
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary gaming licenses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly and efficiently around the gaming floor
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment and exposure to loud noises
