POSITION:
The Director of Enrollment Services is tasked with the administration and strategic leadership of the Enrollment Management Office.
This role involves direct reporting to the university president and requires collaboration with other senior university administrators to foster an environment that promotes student achievement.
The Director oversees key areas including Admissions, Financial Aid, the Registrar's Office, and Academic Services, which encompasses prospective student engagement, initial academic advising, testing, and placement services.
This position entails managerial duties including the supervision, assessment, and training of both professional and support staff, as well as the responsibility for budget development and management for the Enrollment Management Office, including the distribution of scholarship and waiver funds.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A master's degree in student affairs, educational leadership, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
At least five years of progressively responsible experience in enrollment or advising services within a higher education setting.
A strong commitment to student success, collaborative decision-making, and effective leadership.
Proven skills in oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
Experience working effectively with a diverse population of students, staff, and community members.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A doctorate in student affairs, educational leadership, or a related field from an accredited institution.
A minimum of three years of administrative experience in a higher education environment.
Experience in integrating enrollment management with other university operations, particularly in academic affairs.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic enrollment management, planning, and market development.
SALARY RANGE:
Salary will be aligned with university standards, educational qualifications, and experience.
