Job Title: Merchandiser

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
  • Execute merchandising resets to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Build retail displays to showcase products and drive sales
  • Merchandise impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks to maximize sales opportunities
  • Implement plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and sales
Requirements:
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communicator with ability to build relationships with business partners
  • Resides within 20 miles of Bloomington IN - Martinsville IN
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
