Job Summary:
Tucker Parker Smith Group is in search of a talented Web Developer II to enhance our Web & Marketing Operations team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in web development, particularly with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines. This role is centered around creating web pages for product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities, along with troubleshooting and improving existing web designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement web pages utilizing AEM Templates/Components, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Identify and rectify performance challenges to guarantee consistent display across various browsers and devices.
- Participate in web layout and enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with quality assurance, technical teams, and management to deliver high-quality results.
- Oversee and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
- Set up, configure, and tailor JIRA projects, workflows, and other functionalities to align with business requirements.
- Employ Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to foster success at individual, team, and project levels.
- Develop and maintain JIRA dashboards, reports, and advanced filters to provide insightful metrics and status updates.
Required Skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Content Management Systems.
- Strong capabilities in front-end development.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML5 and JavaScript.
- Background in Quality Assurance.
- Familiarity with converting designs into functional web pages.
- Experience in front-end design and UI/UX.
- Knowledge of UNIX and HP-UX environments.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in content management, preferably with AEM.
- At least 2 years of development experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 2+ years of experience in JIRA administration (user management, workflows, etc.).
