Position Overview

As a pivotal member of our hardware engineering team, you will take on the role of Analog Design Lead focusing on Power Management. This position is integral to our efforts in delivering innovative power solutions for a range of mobile products.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define silicon specifications and requirements.
  • Lead the design, integration, characterization, and testing of power management devices, including regulators and converters.
  • Ensure timely delivery of functional silicon that meets system requirements.
  • Engage with external partners to implement cutting-edge design methodologies and processes.
  • Oversee the development of next-generation technologies and circuit designs.
  • Validate and verify designs for long-term reliability and performance.
  • Support engineering teams in system validation and production approval processes.

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in developing advanced power management solutions for the mobile sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Expertise in various power topologies and control architectures.
  • A strong foundation in semiconductor physics and power transistor applications.
  • Proficiency in simulation tools for power converter modeling.
  • Experience in mixed-signal IC design, particularly with power management circuits.
  • A comprehensive understanding of board-level design considerations.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • Experience managing multi-functional design projects.
  • Knowledge of IC process technologies and reliability design rules.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and practices.
