Our dialysis team is dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain expertise in dialysis-related procedures and technologies.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
- Minimum one year of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
