This role is a vital part of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing and presenting our salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts with precision and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe and quality standards.
  • Ensuring the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets the highest standards.
  • Managing inventory levels, including storage and tracking of expiration dates.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
  • Completing beginning and closing shift duties as directed by management.

Requirements include:

  • Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance available for full-time, hourly team members.
