We are seeking skilled lacrosse instructors who possess a genuine passion for the sport and a commitment to nurturing young athletes. Ideal candidates should exhibit a positive, patient demeanor and enjoy engaging with children.

Compensation:

Our payment structure is designed to ensure timely compensation for our trainers, with payments processed within 24 hours after each session via PayPal. Detailed payment information will be provided during the application process.

  • Earn $35-$45 for a 1 Hour Training Session
  • Earn $40-$50 for a 45 Minute Training Session
  • Earn $25-$35 for a 30 Minute Training Session

Additional Compensation:

We offer bonus travel pay based on the distance traveled from your location to the clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience in lacrosse
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Energetic and engaging personality when working with children
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must provide your own lacrosse training equipment
