As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our properties, providing exceptional service to our customers, and upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that issues are resolved promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent problems.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including facilities and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school diploma or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
