Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be the face of MOD Pizza, embodying our values and ensuring that every guest has an amazing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate MOD values and behaviors, and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership.
  • Create a Positive Vibe: Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect, and coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift.
  • Train and Coach: Demonstrate, train, and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks, and demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources.
  • Partner with General Manager: Partner with the General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
