Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Lead and direct pharmacy technician support staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and improve patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve performance
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
