Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a highly skilled HPC & AI Design Engineer (DE) to lead and manage complex engineering projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HPC and AI, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for HPC and AI projects and programs.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate activities with internal and external development partners to track progress and make decisions to alter or update schedules and resource allocation.
- Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders and collaborate with management to implement changes to product, process, or program plans.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- PMP/PMI certification preferred.
- Typically 4+ years experience in HPC and AI engineering and project management.
- Experience with SAP, S4, OCA, and Salesforce are nice to have.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources.
- Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results.
