Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for HPC and AI projects and programs.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate activities with internal and external development partners to track progress and make decisions to alter or update schedules and resource allocation.
  • Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders and collaborate with management to implement changes to product, process, or program plans.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Typically 4+ years experience in HPC and AI engineering and project management.
  • Experience with SAP, S4, OCA, and Salesforce are nice to have.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources.
  • Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results.
