We're seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team at Adobe. As a key member of our Business Operations, Automation & Intelligence team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success across our Digital Media and Digital Experience businesses.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to advise business leaders by providing data-centric strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. You will work closely with experts across finance, engineering, data science, programming, and UI/UX to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence and reporting tools that support decision-making for analysts, management, and executives.
  • Provide thought leadership in data reporting, offering strategic recommendations that drive the business forward.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to align reporting tools with company strategy and goals.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Lead a team of analysts and developers, driving excellence and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Run data pipelines, coordinating the smooth extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various sources into target systems, while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner closely with engineering, quality assurance (QA), and developers to define requirements, create test plans, and ensure the successful deployment of analytics dashboards.
  • Ensure all reporting solutions and practices align with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Regularly review performance measurements to assess the impact of reporting tools and make continuous improvements to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Management, including leadership experience in building and leading teams.
  • Expertise in enterprise business intelligence software applications (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, and SAP HANA for data extraction and analysis.
  • Ability to build intuitive, impactful visualizations that guide users through data-driven stories.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a talent for synthesizing large, complex datasets into meaningful insights.
  • Experience collaborating across functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality results while running multiple projects.
  • Ability to coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders across the world.
  • Record of consistently meeting deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
  • Self-starter with an ability to successfully lead through ambiguity and prioritize multiple projects and partners.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $106,300 -- $238,200 annually, based on the U.S. pay range for this position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
