Concurrent Technologies Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for users in acknowledging and recording problems with the systems, desktop, applications, and network.
  • Researches, designs, develops, tests, or supervises the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use.
  • Records end-user calls for assistance to facilitate understanding in resolving customer problems.
  • Diagnoses the cause of the problem using a variety of software tools, including cloud applications, and initiates corrective actions where appropriate.
  • Performs desktop support tasks, such as installation, maintenance of user applications, and troubleshooting, including OS imaging and testing.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on equipment and workstations to extend their useful life.
  • Provides vendor communications as needed.
  • May provide advice, training, and guidance/documentation to other Help Desk technicians, as required.

Basic Qualifications

  • Possesses an Associate's degree plus 2+ years of experience.
  • Has extensive experience in customer service in the computing environment.
  • Demonstrates proficiency with operating a telemanagement workstation and an ability to use a variety of automated diagnostic tools for network troubleshooting.
  • Has experience in Microsoft Operation System and application environment.
