We are seeking a highly skilled Sector Building Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in policy, government affairs, and external relations, with a focus on water access and WASH policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support DigDeep's work on national coalition initiatives, sector-building projects, and external and internal coalition work
- Lead the organizing and management effort of a large-scale conference & convening-building process
- Manage external event firms, vendors, consultants, and volunteer organizations throughout various projects
- Support the Executive Director's work on day-to-day operations, management, implementation of projects, press, external engagement, and strategy
- Aid in the management and development of key coalitions, working groups, and learning cohorts hosted by DigDeep
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- At least 4 years of applicable professional experience required; experience in policy, government affairs, and external relations field required
- Experience in water access, WASH, drinking water, or wastewater policy preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace required
- Experience planning and organizing events preferred
- Experience with Slack, Asana, Zoom, BGov preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive wage ($75,000 - $105,000 per year)
