Kamehameha Schools is seeking a skilled Music Coordinator to support our Kapalama campus. This part-time temporary position requires flexibility, including weekend and evening shifts, with attendance at Sunday Services expected as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities- Design, plan, and implement musical aspects of Sunday Services at Bishop Memorial, including directing a music team and overseeing students.
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure seamless execution of musical and set design elements.
- Train and supervise student leaders, staff, and vendors to achieve production goals.
- Bachelor's degree in music or a related field, with experience in music production and direction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Knowledge of music chapel services and experience in directing a music team.
- Work is conducted in an office environment, with occasional non-standard workplaces.
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to meet production goals.
