Job Summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to fill a travel position in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients and equipment to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as required
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a radiologic technologist role
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as required
