About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, quotes, and sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
