About the Job:

We're on the lookout for a Stone Fabricator to join our 2nd shift squad. You'll work with amazing stone products and help shape them into beautiful countertops. Before jumping into the 2nd shift, you'll start with 90-120 days of training on the 1st shift (because we want you to be the best at what you do).

Your Day-to-Day:

- Master the overhead crane to move stone like a pro.

- Cut and polish stone to make each piece picture-perfect.

- Keep things running smoothly so the next shift can roll right in without a hitch.

- Read drawings and work orders (don't worry, we'll show you how) to get your projects started.

- Load and unload machines and worktables, using cranes or your own two hands.

- Inspect your creations-check for smoothness, shape, and all the little details that make a great product.

- Adjust tools like blades and boring bits to keep the magic happening, always following safety guidelines.

- Mark and move your masterpieces to the next station so the process keeps flowing.

- Pitch in with other tasks-clean up, load trucks, and keep the shop tidy.

- Help with repairs and load/unload installer A-frames.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

- High school diploma (or equivalent life experience).

- Some basic computer know-how, and if you've got stone or carpentry skills, even better

- Positive vibes We love people who show up with a smile, work hard, and are great team players.

- Professional look and great reliability. You've got to be on time, ready to go, and open to some overtime or Saturday shifts when we're super busy.

- Any experience in manufacturing or work that needs precision and craftsmanship is a bonus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

- Safety first You'll need to be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Able to work independently when needed (we trust you).

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required .

- You'll need to be able to lift up to 80 lbs regularly (you'll stay in shape), and a pre-employment medical exam is required.
