Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee the technical solutions for clients, adhering to the established technical design.
- Occasionally develop detailed technical designs for enterprise-level solutions.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the company's technology spectrum to create technical designs that fulfill customer requirements.
- Lead small to medium-sized technical projects effectively.
- Collaborate with Project/Technical Managers and client representatives.
- Coordinate with Solutions Architects as necessary.
- Offer technical support and insights on technology applications within specific business segments.
- Advise on solution and integration opportunities tailored to defined segments.
- Provide technical leadership during integration activities as part of engagements.
- Support planning and design for solution architectures across multiple systems.
- Communicate effectively within the client community, demonstrating added value.
- Exhibit execution of the company's strategic objectives.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing tools and communities, ensuring project learnings are documented and disseminated.
- Encourage participation and contributions from others within the professional community.
- Produce internal materials such as knowledge briefs and service delivery components.
- Maintain a 100% onsite presence.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; or 8+ years of experience without a degree.
Skills and Expertise:
- Demonstrated depth and breadth of technical knowledge, capable of independently managing deliverables within a specialized field.
- Experience leading small teams in delivering specific outcomes.
- Mastery in at least one technical discipline, with strong knowledge across three major technology areas.
- Advanced understanding of business, technical, or functional aspects.
- Ability to resolve complex problems involving product interactions.
- Skilled in applying technology and consulting to address client business challenges.
- Proficient in communicating and presenting complex issues confidently.
- Capable of leading discussions with clients on small to medium engagements.
- Responsible for creating customer documentation and translating technical details into clear, concise language.
- Adept at discussing requirements with clients and developing high-level designs or plans.
- Collaborative in providing written responses to technical proposals and documentation.
