Job Title: Electrical Foreman

Arrow Electric Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the electrical installation and maintenance of construction projects
  • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Manage and coordinate the work of electrical subcontractors and laborers
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
  • Develop and implement plans for electrical installation and maintenance
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the successful completion of projects
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hold a Journeymen's card or equivalent in years of experience
  • Minimum of OSHA 30 completed
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certification
  • Arc Flash and Confined Spaces training
  • Fork Lift and Medium/High Voltage experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
Work Environment:

This is a field-based position that requires working in a variety of environments, including construction sites, offices, and other locations as required. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Physical Demands:

This position requires the ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials. The successful candidate will also be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
