Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, developing and implementing individualized plans to meet those needs.
- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, educating patients and families on health and wellness strategies.
- Identify and address nursing problems, utilizing an interdisciplinary approach to optimize patient outcomes.
- Current licensure with the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
- One year of registered nurse experience, with NICU/Nursery experience required.
- Level 2 or higher Nursery Experience.
