Indiana University Health Physicians is seeking a Pediatric Ophthalmologist in Indianapolis. This position offers a faculty role with the Indiana University School of Medicine. The Department of Ophthalmology is recognized for its extensive experience in diagnosing and treating eye disorders. Our team comprises 8 MDs and 4 ODs dedicated to educating future ophthalmologists and enhancing treatment methods through research.
Position Highlights:
- Deliver comprehensive pediatric ophthalmologic care, including ROP, strabismus, glaucoma, cataracts, and oculoplastics.
- Participate in ROP coverage for IUH facilities and partner systems in the Indianapolis area.
- Engage with a diverse pediatric patient population and manage adult strabismus cases, with a significant patient volume weekly.
- Enjoy a favorable work-life balance with a schedule of M-F from 8 AM to 4:30 PM and shared on-call duties.
- 95% of patient interactions will be outpatient.
- Faculty appointment includes opportunities for clinical education, supervision, and research.

Qualifications:
- Completion of a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus.

- Must hold an MD/DO license in Indiana or be eligible for licensure.
