We're seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with members, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead outreach and conversion efforts to drive sales growth
  • Provide studio tours and sell memberships to help the studio thrive
  • Follow up with prospective members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to establish effective working relationships
  • Proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks independently
