Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at USPI. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures utilizing imaging equipment while providing quality care to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic procedures utilizing imaging equipment
  • Provide quality care to patients of all ages
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of radiologic technology
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Sciences or Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
  • Specific Training in Computerized Tomography-GE VCT required
  • Two to five years experience specific to CT
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with advanced certification in CT
  • Licensed by the Texas Department of Health as a Medical Radiologic Technologist - (MRT)
  • CPR certified
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology
  • 0-1 years of experience with competency in components of computed tomography
  • Possession of current registry in Radiology and CT
  • Possession of current state registration (as applicable to the state in which the position resides)
  • AHA BLS required upon hire
  • Skilled in starting IV's and injection of contrast
