Blood Hound delivers an extensive range of private utility locating and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) services to a wide array of clients, including Engineering, Environmental, Utility, Surveying, and various Construction and Infrastructure sectors.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Utility Location Specialist, you will be tasked with employing advanced observational techniques and logical reasoning to accurately identify, locate, and mark all utilities within a specified job scope. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities and a willingness to learn new methodologies and technologies.

Compensation: Pay for this role ranges from $22 to $26 per hour, plus a monthly bonus.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of locating experience with a proven dedication to quality and detail.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Experience with CAD, GIS, and MicroStation files is advantageous.
  • Coordinate the locate schedule with the CSR team.
  • Organize daily work schedules to engage with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify potential customers and develop strategies to align them with our recommendations.
  • Candidates must successfully complete a 'fit to work' physical examination.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Some overnight travel may be required for this position.
