Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Glacier Park Operations Manager to join our team at Pursuit Collection. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sandwich shop in Glacier National Park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of sandwich shop operations, including scheduling, ordering, inventory, training, and discipline
  • Maintain labor and sales figures, ensuring optimal performance and profitability
  • Attend weekly manager meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and initiatives
  • Converse with guests to ensure their satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the shop, adhering to state, federal, and company standards
  • Handle daily cash drops and end-of-shift reports accurately and efficiently
  • Offer assistance to guests and teammates as needed, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume café or restaurant setting, preferably in food and beverage management
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving results
  • Previous cash handling experience and proficiency in hospitality POS systems
  • A strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and high-quality cleaning and sanitizing standards
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
