Job Summary

We are seeking a Security Flex Officer to join our team. As a Security Flex Officer, you will be responsible for the safety and security of the facilities you protect. You will act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, detect and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near your assigned posts.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and security of facilities, clients, guests, and employees
  • Act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions
  • Detect and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts
  • Work in various environments, including cold weather, rain, snow, or heat
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations
  • Driving positions require a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen
