About the Role

Nassau Candy seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support our operations. This position involves working with PLCs, mechanical systems, and electrical components to ensure seamless production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues with mechanical and electrical systems
  • Design and implement new systems using PLCs and other software
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and backups
  • Configure and set up equipment and machinery
  • Install, maintain, and repair control systems and electrical components

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years' experience working with PLCs in a manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in brazing and soldering, motors, pumps, sheaves, and belts
  • Knowledge of packaging and manufacturing machine repair and maintenance
  • Proficiency in PLC diagnostics and calibration
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
  • Experience with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Honeywell, and Omron

The estimated salary range for this role is $95,000 - $120,000 annually.
