Job Summary

This Compliance Specialist role is a key position at Brio Living Services, supporting the IDT team in ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to PACE program requirements. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor regulatory compliance within the interdisciplinary team and provide reports on compliance activities.
  • Actively participate in Quality Improvement (QI) processes and collaborate with the Quality Director on policy & workflow development, chart audits, performance improvement plans/identified compliance issues, and data collection for quality reports.
  • Assist with the preparation and follow-up for internal and external audits.
  • Facilitate IDT meetings by ensuring compliance-based discussions and documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in healthcare compliance &/or gerontology highly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare, administrative, or compliance-related role (experience with PACE, long-term care, or managed care programs preferred).
