Job Overview

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with various special needs. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will enable you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians and other staff members
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in applied behavior analysis and implement evidence-based interventions
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
