About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive, lasting changes for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement personalized behavior intervention programs to address the unique needs of each individual.
  • Work one-on-one with children to develop social, community, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with a BCBA clinician to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to learn and grow.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children with disabilities.
  • 6 Months of ABA Experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Pennsylvania Applications: Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
