Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Windows Server Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in IT support, with a focus on the following qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years in IT support, including 1-3 years with SonicWALL, Ubiquiti, Meraki, and operating systems (Windows Server 2012 and later, Windows 10 and later).
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Azure, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, and network security protocols. Familiarity with backup solutions, anti-virus, anti-spam, and spyware technologies, as well as virtualization platforms (VMWare or similar).
  • Networking Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of DNS, WINS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN configurations.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Educational Background: An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications include CompTIA Net+, A+, Security+, VMware, or Microsoft.
