About the Job

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Traveler in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide Speech Therapy services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct Assessments and Re-evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current State License to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
