Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for school age students in a dynamic school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be passionate about working with students ranging from grades K-12.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide speech therapy services to students in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure seamless integration of speech therapy services into the educational program
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to address them
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech therapy and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
- Active or pending state SLP license
- ASHA certification is a plus
- Previous school experience preferred, but not required
- Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
