Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations related to product movement, storage, and distribution.
- Ensure effective supervision of staff to maintain the proper flow of products from receiving to distribution.
- Train and develop team members, managing attendance, corrective actions, and adherence to company policies.
- Encourage ownership among employees regarding key performance indicators such as safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and enhance standard operating procedures to improve training and operational practices.
- Analyze logistics reports to identify performance trends.
