Caregiving Specialist

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregiving Specialists to join our team of medical professionals. As a Caregiving Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients in their own homes, helping them achieve independence and comfort.

About the Role:

• Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care for patients
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Educate family members on patient care and provide support as needed

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered nursing license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
