We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Behavioral Transformations, a leading provider of therapy services for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated team of professionals who share a passion for delivering high-quality services to clients. As an ABA Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing behavioral treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized behavior treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide coaching and guidance to parents and caregivers on how to support their child's behavior and development
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, special education, or behavior analysis
- BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCaBA certification (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst)
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
- $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
