Job Title: Behavioral Therapist

Job Summary:

360 Human Services is seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our clinical team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, providing one-on-one direct sessions and implementing analytic-behavioral services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1:1 direct sessions with clients, focusing on measurement and assessment, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition.
  • Document and report client progress, including frequency data and ABC narrative data.
  • Implement goals and objectives, using DTT and NET strategies as needed.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, coworkers, and community members.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active driver's license, current vehicle registration, and reliable transportation.
  • Prior experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a behavioral therapy setting.
  • Ability to drive to client homes or the behavior clinic within a 25-mile radius.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm.

Area of Service:

  • Barstow, Lenwood, Daggett, Newberry Springs, and Helendale.
