About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for managing a panel of patients and providing comprehensive care to meet their acute and chronic care needs.

  • Manage a panel of patients

You will be responsible for managing a panel of patients and providing comprehensive care to meet their acute and chronic care needs.

  • Develop a high-functioning care team

You will work with our team to develop a high-functioning care team that works together to provide the best possible care to our patients.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, pharmacists, and nurses, to provide the best possible care to our patients.

  • Provide education and counseling

You will provide education and counseling to patients and their families to help them manage their health and make informed decisions about their care.

  • Document patient care

You will document patient care in a timely and accurate manner to ensure that we are providing the best possible care to our patients.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

You will participate in quality improvement initiatives to help us continuously improve the care we provide to our patients.

Requirements
  • Current licensure

You must be currently licensed to practice medicine in the state of Washington.

  • Board certification

You must be board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Geriatrics.

  • Unrestricted DEA

You must have an unrestricted DEA registration.

  • NPI and prescriptive authority

You must have an NPI and prescriptive authority.

  • Ability to be credentialed

You must be able to be credentialed under Medicare.

  • Proficient in EMR

You must be proficient in the use of an electronic medical record (EMR) system, with Epic experience strongly preferred.
