Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled all-source Space/Counterspace Analyst to contribute to our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a TS/SCI clearance with a current CI polygraph.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive all-source analytic production on foreign space capabilities, including foreign adversary space doctrine, strategies, communications, vulnerabilities, platforms, assembly and launch capabilities, weaponry, dual-use systems, and emerging space technologies.
  • Investigate foreign space and counterspace forces, activities, and capabilities, focusing on both civilian and military organizations, command structures, leadership, equipment, weaponry, and their operational readiness.
  • Analyze foreign space facilities, operations, exercises, training, tactics, techniques, procedures, vulnerabilities, assembly and launch capabilities, and emerging technologies in space and counterspace.
  • Develop, coordinate, execute, and refine counterspace warning problems and associated indicators for USSPACECOM.
  • Monitor and report on adversary space and counterspace assets and research and development activities.
  • Create pattern-of-life analyses on adversary space and counterspace forces and systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI polygraph, or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date.
  • Demonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge and skills, confirming completion of all necessary training and experiences for the role.
  • Ability to communicate insights derived from complex, incomplete, or technically advanced information.
  • Ability to structure analytic inquiries based on reporting trends and diverse analytic perspectives.
  • Proven capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Salary ranges from $90,000 to $95,000, depending on experience.
  • Familiarity with ICD 203/206.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in researching and producing intelligence products for dissemination at the combatant command/task force and Intelligence Community levels.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
