Key Responsibilities- Direct Patient Care: Provide individualized attention and support to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Medical Records Management: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to the behavioral health program, including data collection, patient information management, and communication with interdisciplinary teams.
- Transportation and Escort Services: Safely transport patients to outside appointments, as needed.
- Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, ensuring the smooth operation of the behavioral health program.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ year of work experience in a psychiatric or chemical dependency facility preferred.
- Skills: Familiarity with medical and psychiatric terminology, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and peers.
