As a therapist, you will work with clients to evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing documentation. You will also collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with the team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Active clinical licensure in the state of Michigan
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
