Job Title: Shift Leaders

As a Shift Leader at Dunkin', you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by coaching and guiding our Crew Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop Crew Members to execute operational standards and deliver a great guest experience.
  • Deploy team members effectively to meet guests' needs and service standards.
  • Support training and development of Crew Members as directed by Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
  • Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are properly executed.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and cash.
Requirements:
  • Passion for people and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Dependability and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Math and writing skills.
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
