Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical services to patients, including immunizations and MTM interventions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, resolving issues in a timely manner and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and deliver a distinctive and joyful patient experience, incorporating Walgreens service traits and interpersonal habits that demonstrate care and compassion.
• Support the enhancement of patient experience by increasing awareness of healthcare services offered through Walgreens, promoting a shift from transactional to interpersonal pharmacy practice.
• Ensure compliance with the Good Faith Dispensing policy and relevant state and federal controlled substance laws when filling prescriptions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Compensation:
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $49.50 - $74.50, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
