Job Overview

Foundation Automotive Corp is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Repair Technician to join our team at Castle Rock Ford. As an automotive expert, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and driving loyalty.

As a key member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to expand your skill set and advance your career. Our competitive compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, as well as performance-based bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Diagnostic Expertise: Diagnose the cause of malfunction and repair; determine any additional needed repairs.
  • Technical Knowledge: Acquire technical knowledge of vehicle systems, including drivability, electrical, major engine mechanical, A/C, brakes, suspension, transmission, OBD-II, and general vehicle maintenance systems.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts; notify service advisor immediately if additional repair is required or not needed.
