Job Description

At Marken, a leading provider of global clinical supply chain services, we are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our operations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and logistics within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Previous experience in quality management systems, GxP knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills are also essential requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the culture of an integrated quality system, training vendors and employees on quality-related topics, supporting the CAPA system, and completing investigations and action plans. You will also assist with vendor qualification, document control, and quality audits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the importance of an integrated quality system

  • Assisting with vendor qualification and document control
  • Supporting quality audits and client qualification processes

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
