Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality speech therapy services to students with a range of learning and language disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and weaknesses in communication
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective communication
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech therapy and participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • State Speech Pathology credentials required
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
