Key Responsibilities- Greet and register patients, providing them with information about their visit and next appointment.
- Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone, ensuring seamless communication with our patients and staff.
- Regularly communicate with various parties, including attorney offices, insurance companies, and translation services, to ensure smooth operations.
- Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of front desk experience.
- Insurance verification experience preferred.
